The Alameda County Office of Education provides cutting-edge professional development, technical assistance, and intervention services to an area comprised of approximately 90 districts, 1,100 schools, 650,000 students, and 35,000 teachers. These collaborations are statewide and with the seven counties that comprise Region IV (see map). They include:
