NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to California Education Code Section 47605, the Alameda County Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the California College Preparatory Academy Countywide petition to establish a charter school at its regular meeting scheduled for June 10, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Alameda County Office of Education, Room 142, 313 West Winton Avenue, Hayward, CA 94544. The public may appear before the Board at the public hearing and speak to the petition or any other item listed on the Board’s agenda.
